Top to Bottom Clean

This cleaning package is what is done on your first cleaning. It can be booked as a one-time clean, or to begin a recurring service. Either way, your office will have an all over shine that will allow for flawless maintenance cleaning from here on out.

This cleaning includes everything from the Small Commercial General & Maintenance Clean List PLUS:

All Common Areas & Offices:

  • Fans & Light Globes Washed

  • ALL Light Fixtures Washed

  • ALL Woodwork, Doors, Baseboards, Chair Rails, & Cabinet Fronts Washed

  • ALL Switch Plates Washed

  • Upholstered Furniture Vacuumed

  • Windowsills/Lock Ledges Washed

  • Blinds Vacuumed, if possible

Breakroom:

  • Cabinet Doors & Drawers Washed

  • Kickplates under Cabinets Washed

Important Information to our clients

  • We do not climb higher than a 3-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster.

  • We cannot move heavy furniture, but we will try to reach visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.

  • In order to provide the highest quality cleaning, we ask that you provide a reasonably clutter-free office by picking up jackets/coats, blankets, etc.  If excess clutter is present, we do our best to clean around these areas. 

**There are RARE circumstances where a specific clean sometimes turns out to be larger than our techs can handle on a single visit or a scheduled team turns out to be a solo cleaner. In these infrequent situations, Creasey Cleaning will work with each client to ensure situations are rectified to their liking. This could include but is not limited to a second visit, a discount on the following clean, a partial refund, or any combination of the above to ensure our customer's satisfaction.

CANCELLATION / LOCK OUT POLICY:

Please note that if service is canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, we are unable to access the home upon arrival, or are turned away at the door, a cancellation/lockout fee of $75 or 50% (whichever is less) will be charged to the card on file.
