In the middle of these chaotic and confusing times, we want all of you to know that we are praying for you, our leadership, and our medical professionals. As a company we believe in the power of prayer and the power of action. We are ready and willing to serve you in any way. Our goal is to make sure each and every one of you and your families are safe, healthy and have everything you need. We know that this time is especially difficult for our elderly clients and those of you with various health issues. We are following CDC guidelines and as an essential business (sanitation and housekeeping) we are taking additional steps to protect our employees and clients alike. We also require your assistance in our efforts to keep yourself and our other clients safe.

First in these changes are sanitizing door handles, light switches, and non-porous surfaces (bathroom counter, faucet handles, kitchen counter tops, etc.), wearing masks, gloves, and shoe coverings while in the home, washing hands upon entry, sanitizing hands upon exit, and minimal human contact. We are also willing to use any Clorox or Lysol products that you may already have, in addition to what we are currently using.

Second, we are requiring that any employee with a cough, sniffle or fever above 99* to stay home from work until they have been fever and symptom free for 24 hours. We will not allow anyone with any symptoms to clean homes. We also ask that you cancel your cleaning if you or anyone in your home is feeling unwell. We don’t want to spread any sickness to you and your family and vice versa. We care about keeping you, your family and your home, as well as our cleaners, safe and healthy.

Third, we are asking that each client provide their own toilet bowl brushes from now on. We want to reduce the spread of germs and toilet brushes, even used with a cleaner, carry many germs. Please let us know if you are unable to supply a toilet brush. Also, if you would prefer us to use your vacuum for hard and carpeted floors, rather than ours, please let us know in advance and inform us of the location of the vacuum.

We understand that many of you will be staying home for the foreseeable future and we completely understand if you would prefer to cancel your service until this crisis has passed. We do hope that if you choose to do so, once the crisis has passed, you will allow us to service your home again.
